Another piece of coverage for us, this time in one of the UK’s biggest parenting titles, Practical Parenting. They featured our Little George print in a shopping round-up…

We’ve had some sales and enquiries as a result so thanks to P.P. for the mention!

Not strictly Olli & Lime coverage, but Beautiful Kitchens magazine just featured our kitchen; partly because it’s pretty unusual, and partly because we did it so cheaply!

The kitchen looks extremely modest alongside others in the mag, in every sense; from sheer scale to finish and function. Not to mention – as naturally follows – cost!
Five minutes of fame were gained by resident – and self-confessed camera slut – Bert (one of our three cats, if you didn’t know). Karen even enjoyed a fleeting cameo

A nice little media mention worth sharing. This time in the ‘babyspace’ section of Pregnancy & Newborn’s latest issue, which has just hit news stands across the US…

Okay, so we’re not exactly dominating the page – that’s our George wallpaper in milk chocolate top-left – but it’s all good exposure and VERY welcome. More please!

Last week, PANTONE 15-5519 Turquoise was declared ‘color of the year for 2010′. This completely passed me by, until I spotted this post on Stroller Traffic…

They’d asked hostess with the mostess founder Jennifer Sbranti to “reveal some of the coolest turquoise things she’s discovered for babies” and we made the list…

Huge thanks go to Jennifer for picking us out…and to Tara from Stroller Traffic for asking her in the first place! We’re honoured to feature on both your wonderful sites!
To celebrate, we’ve extended our 20% off egg sale until the end of January! Plus, our US and UK clearance sales have wonderful turquoise Egg stuff at up to 60% off!

We’ve appeared in another book (you may remember the last) called Trend Bible…

UK-based Trend Bible is published twice a year. Here are our two visual mentions…

Above is our George toddler bedding and below an alphabet print in lime…

Trend Bible is out now! For more information, visit the website and blog

A nice surprise via email today – from Isabelle at Living Lounge – saying we’ve appeared in stylish Belgian kids magazine Kadee…and proving it with these images…

I have no idea what much of it says but I’m assuming it’s positive! Big thanks to Isabelle at Living Lounge (introduced back in September) for sorting this out

I’ve just added a ‘media information‘ button in the top menu bar. ”So what?” I hear you say, but this should make everyone’s life (including mine) far easier.
Along with media contact details, I’ve linked to all our range photos on flickr so people can grab what they need really quickly.
If you’re an industry blogger or media person (or even if you’re not), please take a look. Let me know what you think and what else it needs

Just thought I’d mention, we’re appearing at Kids Instyle, a big trade show which kicks-off in Melbourne later this week…

Organisers Life Instyle call it “the premier trade event for retailers searching for unique, high-end and boutique kids & babies fashion & designer accessories”.

Unfortunately though, we won’t be going! Instead, our products will be shown by Danish By Design, our Australian partners and distributors of the Leander bed, as featured in one of our product shots below…

Kids Instyle runs from 30 July-3 August. We’ll let you know how it goes

have you heard?

If you pay any attention to what I say here or on twitter (and let’s face it not everyone does!) no doubt you’ll have heard about our sale several times already.
This got me to thinking, announcing a sale used to equal big advertising spend. These days though it’s less about money, more about time.
Also, providing you’ve established a community around your business and those people like and trust you, they will help you spread the word…
And fortunately people do seem to like us! Droolicious, Mini Gaga, Bambino Goodies and Urban Style Vibes have all mentioned our sale without being asked.
Plus, our very kind twitter friends have been happily re-tweeting what we’ve said! Thanks to everyone for your continued support. We really appreciate it!
By the way, our sale ends in 10 days, so grab a bargain while you still can
