Emergency summer clothes buying has commenced. Why? because the weather in Vancouver, Portland and Seattle looks pretty hot…at least by English standards!
As we’re 8 hours ahead, the headline temperatures don’t look too impressive, but through the week it rises to 37° C (98° F) in Portland and 30°+ in the other two.
It’s been a decent summer so we aren’t sunshine deprived. This is very welcome though and will make the ‘pleasure’ aspect of our trip all the more pleasurable!
