We spent most of yesterday walking around Brookline but I won’t bore you with pretty tree-lined streets. Instead, take a look at these images, which tell last night’s story… A perfect night of sporting entertainment – as the Celtics cruised to victory – despite the fact that a UK driving licence doesn’t allow you to buy [...] Despite saying I wouldn’t post every day, I just couldn’t resist this one. It’s photo-led for obvious reasons; Boston looks simply amazing at this time of year… Expectedly, there are leaves everywhere. So much so, this bench was able to cunningly disguise itself as pile of leaves. We weren’t fooled though… It was actually a very grey [...] Well, we’re finally here! After a very long trip from door-to-door, we’ve arrived in our beloved Boston. I’ll cut to the chase, here’s where we’re staying… We’re in an apartment on the top floor, which means navigating these (three flights!)… …with these (very heavy cases!)… Not fun…except for Karen, who was mostly watching! Anyway, it was worth it, [...] Just thought I’d give you a gentle nudge ‘cos our October special offer is due to expire in a few days. Still time to take advantage before the 31st, so here’s a reminder… We’ve seen a big rise in people buying ‘Billie’ this month, most claiming the 20% discount. Feel free to share the Billie love [...] Just a few days ’til our Boston trip so we’ve been up to our necks in last minute prep. As a result, posting’s been a struggle lately, sorry! Anyway, here’s an update… Anyone who knows how we feel about Boston won’t be surprised to hear we’re like pre-Christmas kids at the moment! After 18 months, we’ve finally finished renovating our bathroom! Not that it’s taken us 18 months solid, you understand… …it was just the last thing on our (very long) list and got…er…left. Once I [...] No, not a new ice-cream flavour (more’s the pity!), just the perfect way to introduce two newly available fabric designs in…um…pumpkin and pear. As you may know, we’re in the midst of a seconds and sample sale. We’re clearing some old stock, plus some slightly imperfect new stuff…all at crazy prices. Anyway, ‘mid-rummage’ we unearthed some fabric [...] The other day, I noticed we were approaching our 200th post…and this is it! Perhaps not that significant for the more prolific bloggers among you but a milestone for us! So, just thought I’d acknowledge it, rather than let it slip by unnoticed…like I did with our 100th post!
