We’ve developed a bit of an obsession with New Zealand! Being totally honest it hadn’t figured too prominently in our plans for Olli & Lime until recently (which is odd being as I have family there).
Anyway, a few weeks back we got invited to the amazing Skout Trade Fair. If you’re in our business this is THE place to be. It’s an incredible gathering of industry talent from around the world!
We’ve received a very warm welcome since (eventually) joining this week, not least from Lou the ‘head Skout’ who’s based in New Zealand (see I got there eventually).
She even ran a fab post about us on her sister site Kids Product Directory. Since then we’ve bumped into numerous New Zealanders online who’ve been equally friendly and positive about the potential for us there.
We also got a wonderful mention for our sleepsacks on Mums On Top, ‘The Online Magazine and Community for Savvy Mums’, also based in New Zealand. It seems like a really vibrant community but unfortunately I’m not eligible to join!
The upshot is that NZ has become a destination of choice for Olli & Lime products, so we’re working hard to make it happen. Watch this space and I’ll report back when we do
