community service

OK, so I’ve definitely got the Twitter bug now! As well as connecting with lots of friendly and helpful  ’tweeple’, I’ve stumbled across some fab communities that exist outside of Twitter.

One such community is TwitterMoms a brilliant network with an amazing 7,000+ members, 179 of which are male, so perhaps there’s hope for me yet!

TwitterMoms

In all seriousness, I would love to connect with such a motivated group of moms and get their feedback on Olli & Lime and our products.

It’s a tricky (and slightly scary) one though. Clearly I don’t want to wade in pushing our products, but I can’t pretend I want to connect for completely unselfish reasons.

One to ponder I think :-)

  • I’m so glad you joined TwitterMoms and like it! That’s great! I have found that when members authentically get to know the other moms on TwitterMoms, they naturally want to learn more about each other and their businesses. So join groups, post comments and discussions – have fun!

  • Actually Megan, I hadn’t joined at time of writing but your welcoming words have convinced me to go ahead. Thank you!

It’s a community that I find rich and fascinating and one that’s also intrinsic to our business. I hope I can add some value. Speak to you soon :-)
